EQUIPMENT OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLE
Equipment operational principle is based on dozing a certain ratio of components À and Á from feed tank through flexible hoses into a sputter gun, where the components are mixed, and the obtained mixture is sprayed by compressed air onto an insulating surface.
The mixture is sprayed onto the insulating surface in a rigid state. Immediately after application (within 1-5 seconds) frothing and hardening of the components takes place. Therefore, the technology utilized enables obtaining jointless heat insulating and waterproofing layer. All traditional sheet heat insulation materials lack this property.

LIQUID COMPONENTS "À" and "B"
Polyurethane foams is obtained due to liquid components reaction: "À" - polyester component and "B" – polyisocyanate. In polyurethane foam heat insulation, our company uses components ÀÍ-10, ÀÍ-17, ÊÂ-300 of domestic manufacture, and polyisocyanate made in Germany.

Component "À" is a hydroxyl one, in reaction with component "B" polymer basis for polyurethane foam is created. It is a dark liquid – a mixture of several chemical compounds, such as polyesters, emulsors, frother and mixing agents. Component "À" is clean burn, non-explosive, it should be stored in a dry ventilated place at the temperature rate not lower than 0 °Ñ. When stored, component "À" tends to peeling and therefore, before using it should be thoroughly mixed by means of rolling and tilting the cask during 5-10 minutes. Component "À" is transported by all kinds of transport in casks made of carbon steel, internal side of which is secured by protective coat; the cask’s capacity should be not less than 200 l. Such tanks can grant product and container safety.
Component "B" is a "B" type polyisocyanate of the highest quality. It is a mixture of 50-60% diisocyanate and polyisocyanate of the groups not less than 30%. Component "B" is a dark liquid with a specific flavour. It is toxic, maximum allowable concentration of its vapour in manufacturing premises air is 0,2 mg/m3, flash temperature is 175 °Ñ, inflammation temperature is 215 °Ñ. Component "B" easily reacts with atmosphere moisture and water, and a residue of solid polymer material is created, which cannot be used in reprocessing. Therefore tanks with component "B" must be hermetically closed and protected from contact with water and atmosphere moisture.
