FROTHER «PENOFORS»
SME «Continium» designed a new frother «Penofors» for obtaining stable foam of low repetition factor used to manufacture cellular concrete and light wall and finishing materials. As air-entraining admixture «Penofors» is used in ferroconcrete items and road concrete production.
«Penofors» is an environmentally safe, biodegradable product, which is hard-inflammable, non-explosive compound. It belongs to the group of clean burn technical material. Operating solution concentration for obtaining low repetition factor foam in construction materials manufacturing makes 0,1-2 % of masses, depending on the certain product type, components and equipment for its production.
The frother showed incredible testing results. Foam repetition factor has substantially risen, as well as the active substance rate. The most significant results were shown by this frother in foamisol manufacturing.
